As our economy has increased ceaselessly and steadily and the consumption level has improved these years, sightseeing agriculture has been a new form of modern agriculture in China. Sightseeing agriculture regards both productive and ecological benefit. It enhances the farmers’ earnings, promotes the rural development and speeds up the tourism development. Sightseeing agriculture has been one of the best choices for absorbing the social capital and introducing into high tech. Sightseeing agriculture was generally thought to appear in 1960s and made great progress in Germany, the USA, France, Japanese, etc when it came to 1970s. For example, the well-known Bavaria Farm in Germany, the Hawaii Orchard in the USA, the grape plantation in France, the citizen farm in Japan, etc. People from both rural and urban areas have involved in the sightseeing agriculture, and sightseeing agriculture has shown great economic, ecological and social benefit, so it has been a new type of tourism and has attracted thousands of tourists all over the world. In the Taiwan District of China, “the Plan for Developing the Sightseeing Agriculture” was made in 1990 and “developing the urban agriculture” was made in 1994. The local government supported sightseeing agriculture in the aspects of technology and publicity. And the sightseeing agriculture there has made well-known progress since 1990s. This paper discussed the development of sightseeing agriculture in Zhejiang Province and proposed the countermeasures. 1. The development of sightseeing agriculture in Zhejiang Province 摘要：本文回顾了浙江省观光农业的探索、发展和初步成型的发展阶段，提出了将浙江省现有观光农业划分为农园型、村镇型和开发区三种类型，并归纳了每种类型观光农业的主要特点。农园型观光农业源自各类现代农业园区的建设，村镇型主要由生态村的建设发展而来，开发区型则一开始就比较注重现代农业的观光效益。论文还对浙江省观光农业的进一步发展提出了建议。 观光农业在我国是现代农业发展的一种新型模式，特别是随着我国经济的持续稳定增长和城乡居民消费水平术成果，努力实现资源环境与农业生产、生态效益同步发展与提高的有效途经，成为农业增产、农民增收、农村发的不断提高及旅游业的不断发展，观光农业成为现代农业发展中大量吸收社会资本，不断引进农业高新技展同步协调的最佳选择之一。 一般认为发达国家的观光农业是起步于二十世纪六十年代，至二十世纪七十年代德国、美国、法国、日本等国已取得了相当的成就。例如闻名全球的德国巴伐利亚农场、美国夏威夷的果园、法国的葡萄种植园、日本的市民农园等，由于城乡居民的广泛参与取得了显著的经济、生态和社会效益，也每年吸引着世界各国成千上万的游客，成为旅游业创收的亮点之一[1][2]。我国台湾省也于1990年和1994年分别制定了“发展休闲观光农业计划”和“发展都市农业”的先驱计划，从技术、补助、辅导、宣传等各方面大力扶持休闲观光农业，至二十世纪九十年代来已取得了举世瞩目的成就[3]。本文拟在已有资料的基础上对浙江省观光农业的发展现状作一探讨，并提出进一步的发展对策。……
